Here is a handy guideline for how we estimate your delivery price and where we can deliver:
Zone 1: $80 Delivery Fee – North of Clatsop Road/ East of 33rd Ave / South of the Columbia River / West of 181st Ave in Gresham
Zone 2: $105 Delivery Fee – South of Clatsop Road / West of 33rd ave / North Portland to Portsmouth / East of 181st in Gresham / West Troutdale/Happy Valley/ Fairview/ Wood Village
Zone 3: $130 Delivery Fee – Lower Oregon City / Damascus / Oak Grove / Milwaukie / Gladstone / Portsmouth to St. John's
Zone 4: $155 Delivery Fee – Orient / Boring / Corbett / Springdale / Upper Oregon City / Lake Oswego / NW & SW Portland
*Prices are based on the delivery fee in your area plus the cost per yard of material. We have a one cubic yard minimum for deliveries.
*We are not able to deliver to Washington but if you have access to a pickup or trailer we can load the material for you by the half yard or one cubic yard.
*Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm and we recommend calling in your order at least a day or two in advance to ensure a convenient delivery time for you.
*Our dump trucks are 12 cubic yard trucks so when they deliver they will need 10 feet in width and 25 foot height clearance without any trees or wires in the way.
*We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express as forms of payment. We are unfortunately no longer able to accept checks.

All other materials not listed above are $5 off per yard for bulk rate.

- Mixed loads (dirt mixed with: concrete, brick or asphalt)
- Oversized concrete (4’x4’x1.5’)
- Excess amounts of rebar in concrete
- Granite/Marble/Tile
***WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CONTAMINATED SOIL, GARBAGE, SOD, GRASS, BRUSH OR WOOD OF ANY KIND. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT AND OR REFUSE ANY LOAD BROUGHT TO OUR YARD. ***NOTICE* dump fees are charged at a flat rate per truck or trailer size, per load. ***JUST A HEADS UP: You are responsible for unloading any materials dropped off.
